We offer service and repair for systems installed by Heidi Air Conditioning.
For systems that are no longer in warranty, our call out charge for breakdowns will be quoted and a payment link included in an email sent prior to the visit.
Payment must be made to confirm the appointment.
The callout charge includes the first hour of engineer site attendance but does not include parts. Subsequent time on site is charged at our hourly rate.
If a part needs to be ordered or additional time is required this will be quoted separately.

Heat Pump Repair
For systems that are no longer in warranty it is inevitable that over time different elements of the system will degrade and fail. During a callout we make every effort to identify parts that have or are likely to fail and quote to replace, we shall not be held liable for any subsequent faults which occur after a diagnosis or repair visit even if these items were functioning correctly at the time of our inspection.
Please note that unless otherwise specified, a 12 month warranty applies to any replacement parts supplied.
